The purpose of these GC is to define the terms and conditions of provision and use of the Stables Service by Ypic Games, including the sale of NFT through the Site.
The Stables Service is offered on the Site published and operated by Ypic Games, SAS with a share capital of € 10,000, whose headquarters is located at 2 rue du Professeur Florian Delbarre, 75015 PARIS, France, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 914 092 986 intra community VAT number FR21914092986. Ypic Games may also be referred to as "we".
The GC apply to any use of the Stables Service by any User, including access to the Site, use of the Service and ordering of NFT through the Site by Users.
These GC shall also apply to all future transactions with User regarding NFTs, unless otherwise expressly stated. The application of contrary, deviating or additional terms and conditions of the User is excluded, even if Ypic Games does not expressly object to them.
The applicable GC are those in force at the time of use of the Stables Service by the User. Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with these GC. Simply accessing the Site implies full and complete acceptance of all the GC.
The Service is offered in accordance with French law, and it is the User's responsibility to ensure that the use of the Service in another country in which he/she is located or of which he/she is a national does not contravene a law that is applicable to him/her.
The User is alerted to the fact that the Use of the Service is prohibited:
Furthermore, if the User has any doubt as to whether he can use all or part of the Services in the country of which he is a national or in which he is located, such as, but not limited to the People's Republic of China or the United States of America, he must refrain from any use and check in advance with any competent authority, as necessary, whether he can use the Services.
The User shall hold Ypic Games harmless for any use of the Service not in accordance with these GC, and waives any action against Ypic Games as a result.
The User will not be entitled to any claim, action or damage in this regard due to the impossibility for him to use the Service due to any other regulation.
Content(s): means, without limitation, (i) the works, visuals, sounds, images, data, files or materials represented by, incorporated into or underlying the NFT and (ii) all elements of the Site or the Stable Service, such as structure, design, text, graphics, still or animated images, editorial content, comments, articles, illustrations, photos, images, sounds and videos, codes, data, software, etc.
GC: refers to the present general conditions of use and sale intended for all Users. Stables Account: refers to the account created by a User on the Stables Service.
